Please let me know as well. I have scheduled this meeting with
the Governor for July 15 at 9:30 am--Henry has confirmed his
availability; but I'll need to confirm with the Secretary. I
will get back with you as soon as I do that.

Warren County PCB Landfill --Franklin Freeman said that the
Governor authorized both Marvin and Franklin to try to get
language put in the clean up/mop up bill to allow the State
Budget Director to "find the $$" to match federal funds. I have
provided that language to Franklin, and have copied Wayne and
Richard . In addition, Franklin suggested that we schedule a
meeting with the Governor and some of the local Warren County
working group to be held during the week of July 12th. The
purpose of the meeting will be to develop a strategy to get the
funds to complete the detoxification project ($16 M needed). I
have asked Mike Kelly to work on a proposed agenda with several
different scenarios. By the time of the meeting, we should know
whether the House and Senate have put the language in the bill.
Richard will work with Sen. Ballence and Rep.'s Fox and Crawford
to push for the special provision if something comes up this
week. Henry Lancaster is an important person to attend the
meeting and he will not be available either the 12th or 13th. I
have given this info to Lori. Lori will work with Jan to get the
meeting scheduled. The proposed list of invitees includes:
