We just met with Katherine Cooper and requested clarification
concerning any legal obligations to reimburse agencies that spent
money back in the 80's. Our next step will be to meet with State
Budget and negotiate access to the money to meet our NON from
EPA.

Henry and Linda,
What are your thoughts on Bill's request re: cost recovery monies
from Buck Ward's estate? The proposal to try to freeze those
funds and use them for the landfill site, rather than reimbursing
ancient agency costs, sure makes sense. I assume we'd need to
talk to OSBM about this. have y'all looked at it or called
Robert or JW?
