Please note that permitted North Carolina Solid Waste Management facilities are required to complete and submit a solid waste activities annual report under NC General Statute § 130A- 309.09D and in compliance with your facility permit conditions. The date for completing and submitting the appropriate facility reporting form to the Division is August 1; 2023. When data entry is complete, please do the following: 1. Press the Submit button on the final page. 2. Click the Download option and save a copy of the completed Annual Report. 3. A copy of the form is required to be sent to the County Manager of each county from which your facility received waste. 4. A copy of the report will automatically be forwarded to your inspector when the form is submitted. 5. The person submitting the form will receive an email confirming the report is accepted when Solid Waste staff complete their review.
