FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: 01 - This facility is currently being used as a repair shop and storage area. All MSW is going to 9808T-TRANSFER-2000. This facility serves as a backup for 9808T in the event of a major breakdown. 02 - I would recommend that the leachate system is periodically tested to ensure that the line isn’t clogged to the sewer pipeline. 03 - Road is made of all-weather materials. 04 - Facility is secured by chain link fencing and locking gates. 05 - Facility has adequate signage. 06 - Be sure to still operate the facility by ALL permit conditions. 07 - INACTIVE FACILITY.
