administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit,
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

2) The required information of Firm name, town name, phone #, and permit # was on both sides of the
pumper vehicle. Each letter of the required information was greater than three (3) inches in height. The
phone number listed on the pumper vehicle was 919-333-9124. The lettering was distinguishable and
not blocked from view. The lettering meets the requirements of 15A NCAC 13B .0835(b). See pictures
below.
3) The tank is made of steel and affixed to the frame of the truck as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(1). Only
noticed 6 bolts holding the tank to the frame. Typically, I see 12 bolts, 6 to each side. May want to have
it checked to make sure that the 6 bolts are adequate.
4) The valves appeared to be in working order and closed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(2). Caps present
on ports.
5) Access ports were closed and properly sealed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(3). Split lock washer notice
for bottom bolt of the back access port. See picture below. The nut was tight at time of inspection.
Please keep watch of bolt. May want to go ahead and replace the lock washer.
6) No leaks noticed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a).
7) Truck in compliance with the Septage Rules.
