This office acknowledges the receipt of a Free Product Recovery Report on May 3, 2023. The
report has been reviewed and maintained in the Guilford County Division of Environmental
Health in Greensboro.

The review of the report indicates that thickness of free product is less than the action level of
1/8 inches since 2019. Therefore, a groundwater sample needs to be collected from MW-7 for
risk-based analysis.
