This office acknowledges the receipt of a Groundwater Monitoring Report dated February 23,
2023 for the referenced site. Your cooperation is appreciated. The report has been reviewed and
maintained in the Guilford County Health Department in Greensboro.

A review of the report indicates that no dissolved petroleum hydrocarbon compound was detected
at concentration exceeding corresponding gross-contaminant level. But because a creek is located
within 500 feet from the site, we suggest conducting a contaminant fate transport modeling. A
modeling report should be submitted to our office within 60 days for our review.
