A sample was collected from the well identified as SWN, located at 3709 Courtney-Huntsville Road,
Yadkinville, Yadkin County on March 2, 2018, as part of the investigation of a petroleum release in the
vicinity. The water sample was analyzed for specific target analytes (contaminants), which are listed on the
attached Sample Analytical Results. No organic contaminants were detected in the water. If you have any
