The UST Section, Division of Waste Management, is in receipt of the Spill Bucket Site Check report dated
December 23, 2022. The report has been reviewed and will be maintained in the Wilmington Regional
Office. To complete the elements of the Site Check and to determine if a new release has occurred, the UST
Section recommends the collection of groundwater information. This information can be obtained through
the construction and sampling of a monitoring well located in proximity to the impacted soil.
