I looked over the 20‐day report and did not assign a new incident # yet due to previous impacts to soil in the 
dispenser area for incident #19166.  The old reports do not have TPH data, there is only risk‐based 
data.  There is a NRP on site soil and GW. 

Once there is risk‐based soil and GW data, a final determination will be made as to if a new incident # should 
be assigned.

Gotcha.   We are presenting the soil data in the 20‐ day report forthcoming and are backing up to get costs approved by 
the owner to install the wells.  We will issue an IAAR report which will present the GW data as soon as we get contract 
obligations worked out w the owner for the additional work, and the wells in and sampling completed.  Call me with any 
questions.

Please find attached a UST‐61 notification for the T’s Food Mart & Grill in Holly Ridge, Onslow County.  UVF tresults at 
the time of closure revealed TPH DRO concentrations above the RALs at the Diesel Fuel and Kerosene dispenser area on
