The UST Section, Division of Waste Management has received the subject report. The report will
be maintained by the Wilmington Regional Office.

After review of the report report the DWM is in general agreement with the conclusions and
recommendations proposed. At this time, semi-annual monitoring and reporting should be conducted. The
next Monitoring Report should be submitted to the Division no later than August 1, 2023.

Please submit a pre-approval authorization form before any work has been completed if State Trust
Fund reimbursement is anticipated. If you have any questions regarding trust fund eligibility or
reimbursement from the Commercial or Noncommercial Leaking Petroleum Underground Storage Tank
