> Herbert Kelly owns the USTs at the referenced facility. Hurricane Florence blew over his canopy, knocking over his
dispensers and snapping the fiberglass product lines under the island. Mr. Kelly is of limited financial resources and
needs to get his tanks removed because he cannot afford to retrofit the piping to meet the new standards.

Kim Cole informed me that funding for hurricane Florence victims is still available until the end of this month. Please
help me get an application or any other information so that Mr. Kelly can get assistance in closing his tanks. Mr. Kelly is
90 years old with limited physical capabilities.
