On February 12, 2023, the Division of Waste Management (DWM) received a Groundwater
Monitoring Report, prepared on your behalf by Henry Nemargut Engineering Services. The report
summarizes groundwater sampling activities conducted at the subject site. The DWM thanks you for this
report.

After review of this report, the DWM is in general agreement with the conclusions and
recommendations proposed. Please complete Pilot Testing for air sparging as recommended and submit
Air Sparge Test Results to the Division no later than September 1, 2023.

Please submit a pre-approval authorization form before any work has been completed if State Trust
Fund reimbursement is anticipated. If you have any questions regarding trust fund eligibility or
