On April 27, 2022 the Division of Waste Management (DWM) received a Groundwater Letter
Report prepared on your behalf by ATC Associates of North Carolina, P.C. The report summarizes recent
Groundwater Sampling activities conducted at the subject site. The DWM thanks you for this report.

After review of this report, the DWM is in general agreement with the recommendations proposed.
Please continue sampling activities on an annual basis as recommended. The next groundwater sampling
report should be submitted to the Division no later than June 1, 2023.
