The UST Section, Division of Waste Management, is in receipt of the report dated March 28, 2023. The
report has been reviewed and will be maintained in the Wilmington Regional Office and filed under the
prior incident 13146.
The UST Section agrees with the conclusion and recommendations presented in the report and determines
that no further investigation is warranted. This determination shall apply unless the UST Section later finds
that contamination at the site poses an unacceptable risk or a potentially unacceptable risk to human health
or the environment. Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02L .0407(a) you have a continuing obligation to notify
the Department of any changes that might affect the risk.
