Re: Site Receptor Survey

Dear Ms. Hunneke,

On April 29, 2022, Terraquest conducted a receptor survey for the site located at 1303 Hwy 123 South,
Hookerton, NC. Terraquest contacted April Baker with the town of Hookerton and provided a list of
addresses within 1,000 feet of the site. Ms. Baker confirmed that all the residences on Hwy 123 have active
municipal water accounts, but the residences on Pat Stocks Rd. were served by Greene County Public Works.
Terraquest inquired with Greene County regarding the residences on Pat Stocks Rd., and they confirmed all
have active municipal water accounts. With this information on May 10, 2022, Terraquest constructed a site
vicinity/receptor survey map and submitted to NCDEQ.
