The report indicates that additional work and assessment data outside of the scope of this report will be provided in a forthcoming Initial Abatement Action Report, which, per Title 15A of the North Carolina Administrative Code, Subsection 02L .0404(a)(3), must be submitted to this office by June 8, 2020, representing 90 days from the date of discovery.
