TJ,
I talked with Sylvia again about Mallard 17 and she is certain that Trust Fund will not
allow a monitoring well to be installed on the adjacent property with the potential to
have a three year term. Even with the chance that the property will have a new
owner. So, to avoid the issues Trust Fund has with DOT monitoring wells and the issues
with a three year term on the monitoring well; she recommended that you install the
well on the property 80 feet east of the adjacent property (the one owned by First
Craven Sanitary District). That way we will still be able to close the loop on the
contamination plumes and avoid any installation issues.
What do you think?
