A review of the Transfer Station Cost Estimate for 9014-TRANSFER-2014, Monroe Transfer Station submitted on
8/1/2022 has been completed. The estimate meets the site -specific operations and appears to be appropriate. The
Division of Waste Management - Solid Waste Section has reviewed and approved the provided cost estimate required
for establishing financial assurance for a transfer station.
Initial Review Comments: 20220801- The Section has reviewed Monroe Transfer Station's electronic form and has
found it acceptable to be reviewed by the permitting engineer.

Permitting Engineer Review Comments: 20230602 - Approving values presented in the Closure Plan, as follows:

Leachate Disposal - $6,000
