The estimate meets the site -specific operations and appears to be appropriate. The Division of Waste Management - Solid Waste Section has reviewed and approved the provided cost estimate required for establishing financial assurance for a transfer station. Initial Review Comments: 20220712 - There was a discrepancy in the provided itemized cost in the form (totaling $40191.00) and third party total ($44,413.00). The Section revised the itemized cost on the form to represent the attached third party cost of $44,413.00 Permitting Engineer Review Comments: 20230602 - No concerns, match estimate in submitted plan. This approval letter is for your use in establishing an appropriate financial assurance mechanism.
