Re: Conditional No Further Action – NRP/Public Notice Starmount Family Fare #425 3520 Capital Boulevard, Raleigh, Wake County, NC 27604 NCDEQ Incident No. 48686 Risk Classification: Low Dear Mr. Powers: The following correspondence is in response to a Conditional Notice of No Further Action (NFA) (Attachment A) dated March 29, 2023 for the above referenced property. All tasks as required by 15A NCAC 2L .0407(d) have been performed as per the Conditional NFA correspondence. A copy of the previously registered Notice of Residual Petroleum (NRP) – Groundwater only has been included in Attachment A. Monitoring well abandonment was performed by Mr. Larry Opper with Regional Probing Services, Inc. (NC Driller Certification #3322-A) on January 31, 2023 as per 15A NCAC 2C .0133 and .0214, respectively. The well abandonment record (Form GW-30) is included as Attachment B. Also included in this document is a copy of the certified letters sent to public officials and adjacent property owners for public notice requirements pursuant to 15A NCAC 2L .0409(b) (Attachment C).
