Per the email from Mr. Aric Geda, a file review has been conducted. The review indicates that a Notice
of No Further Action was issued on July 27, 2020. Upon completion of all required monitoring and
issuance of a No Further Action Letter, monitoring wells are able to be abandoned. Please
abandon wells in accordance with 15A NCAC 02C. 0113. Once well abandonment has been performed,
pleased provide our office with a copy of the well abandonment record.
