Dear Mr. Wipfield, A requirement of the Conditional Notice of No Further Action for the 30,000 gallon
Concrete Basin at Building D-2367, is to post the Conditional No Further Action letter in a prominent place within 30 days of receipt of the letter to obtain final approval of the No Further Action.
In accordance with the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality requirement, Fort Bragg posted the Conditional Notice of No Further Action in the Directorate of Public Works Environmental Office Common Area, Building 3-1137 for a 30 day public review period (December 06, 2022 to January 06, 2023.) No public comments were received during the 30 day review period. Fort Bragg would like to request the final approval of the No Further Action Letter for the 30,000 gallon Concrete Basin at Building D-2367, Fort Bragg, Cumberland County.
