Dear Mr. McDonald:
The UST Section, Division of Waste Management, is in receipt of the Comprehensive Site Assessment
(CSA) Report dated January 31, 2023. The CSA has been reviewed and the UST Section agrees with your
consultant’s recommendation for quarterly ground water monitoring. However, this office also requests
that you solicit municipal water connection and/or water supply well abandonment agreements to the two
water supply well users identified in the CSA and located within a 1,000’ radius of the release. A
Monitoring Report and results of the connection agreements is due on or before June 30, 2023.
If you have questions regarding the information contained in this letter, please contact me at the address or

Sincerely,
Kenneth E. Currie
