Dear Mr. Parnell:
The UST Section, Division of Waste Management, is in receipt of the Corrective Action Performance Report dated
January 12, 2022. This office agrees with your consultant’s recommendations for continued system operation &
maintenance, inclusion of Parkton Well #1 (when operable) in future sampling events and peroxide treatment at MW-
10 to evaluate effectiveness. For future system effectiveness, you should also consider the feasibility and cost of
adding a sparge or vent well, or both, within a radius of influence to MW-10.
