The UST Section is in receipt of the Monitoring Report dated March 2, 2023. This office agrees with your
consultant’s recommendations to proceed with the scheduled Laser Induced Fluorescence event. The
overall remedial plan for the incident has been to identify any product saturated soil that could possibly be
excavated prior to, or during, pilot testing for air sparge & soil venting and to also have that data for soil
venting design.
