This office acknowledges the receipt of your Groundwater Monitoring Report on March 13, 2023. Your
cooperation is appreciated. The report has been reviewed and maintained in the Guilford County Health
Department in Greensboro.

The review of the report indicates that no gross contaminant level for any compound and no free product
were detected during the sampling event on January 9, 2023. The report recommends no further action at the
site. Because the concentration of benzene exceeds its NC Surface Water Quality (2B), its potential impact
on surface water quality needs to be addressed. Please submit a response to this letter to address the concern
on surface water quality.
