Receipt The samples were received on 10/31/2022 8:41 AM. Unless otherwise noted below, the samples arrived in good condition, and where required, properly preserved and on ice. The temperature of the cooler at receipt was 5.5º C. GC/MS VOA Method SM6200-B: The matrix spike / matrix spike duplicate (MS/MSD) recoveries for analytical batch 400-599983 were outside control limits. Sample matrix interference and/or non-homogeneity are suspected because the associated laboratory control sample (LCS) recovery was within acceptance limits. Method SM6200-B: The laboratory control sample (LCS) for analytical batch 400-599983 recovered outside control limits for the following analytes: Bromomethane. These analytes were biased high in the LCS and were not detected in the associated samples; therefore, the data have been reported. Method SM6200-B: The continuing calibration verification (CCV) associated with batch 400-599983 recovered above the upper control limit for Bromomethane. The samples associated with this CCV were non-detects for the affected analytes; therefore, the data have been reported No additional analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described above or in the Definitions/Glossary page. GC Semi VOA Method 504.1: The closing continuing calibration verification (CCV) associated with batch 400-599349 recovered above the upper control limit for Ethylene Dibromide. The samples associated with this CCV that were non-detects for the affected analytes have been reported.
