(Hwy 27) Alexis, Gaston County, North Carolina ARM Project #28-408.29-23 Dear Mr. Newton; In response to the Notice of Regulatory Requirements (NORR) dated January 12, 2023, the following additional information is provided regarding the Corrective Action Feasibility Study submitted for the site. The additional information includes a rough cost estimate and proposed schedule for the proposed active remediation, monitoring, and subsequent monitored natural attenuation. It is estimated that the remaining contaminants could be oxidized to concentrations at or below regulatory thresholds within approximately three to four years. It should be noted that the rough cost estimate is simply a projection at current market rates for these services. Planning, oversight, and reporting are included in the cost estimates. Pricing and technology should continue to be evaluated at each step during the active remediation process. If you should have any questions regarding the requested additional information, please do not hesitate to contact our office. Sincerely, ARM Environmental Services, Inc. Tim McCorkle Michael L.
