Dear Mr. Hemric: As you requested, enclosed please find a report summarizing the information obtained during completion of a groundwater monitoring event conducted at the referenced site.
Groundwater samples were collected from the monitoring wells at the site on November 31 and December 1, 2005. In addition, water samples from four drinking water wells were collected on December 1, 2005. Review of information obtained during the groundwater sampling activities indicates that the contaminant levels have decreased. However, additional remediation and groundwater monitoring will be required before the
site can be considered for closure. Samples collected from the water supply wells on December 1, 2005 did not contain measurable concentrations of petroleum compounds. If you have any questions, please contact me at [phone].
