FROM: Herb Berger, Central Office, UST Section SUBJECT: Request for Health Risk Evaluation for Well Sampling Results Former Williams Grocery 2425 US Hwy 21 Hamptonville, Yadkin County, NC Incident #15063 On June 6, 2019, ATC Associates collected water samples from a supply wells located at 2401 US Hwy 21, Hamptonville, NC which is owned by Willis Scowls. Detectable concentrations of volatile organic compounds were present in the well which is identified as WSW-9 on the attached analytical report. Please perform health risk evaluation on the attached analytical results and send your determination to our office. Our office will then forward your evaluation to the well owner.
