According to General Statute 161-10(a)(19), recording of deeds, the recording fees for deed recordation are $26 for the first 15 pages and $4 for each additional page over 15. The UST Section is placing a Notice of Residual Petroleum on the former Williams Grocery property located at 2425 US Highway 21, Hamptonville, North Carolina,
Incident # 15063. The attached Notice of Residual Petroleum is two (2) pages in length.
