ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
During the inspection, Mr. Cash was actively moving cover soil around the facility and reworking the side slope. All
of the waste, including the previously identified land clearing waste at the toe of the slope, has been covered with soil.
Mr. Cash stated that the stockpiled soil at the site would be utilized to rework the slopes to the proper three horizontal
to one vertical ratio. No unacceptable wastes were observed at the facility. Please contact the Section once the slope
ratio has been achieved and seeded.
Please contact me if you have any questions.
Digital pictures were taken during the inspection.
