Dear Mr. Shelton: As we discussed on June 6, 2010, enclosed please find a copy of a portion of the Phase II LSA report
summarizing assessment activities at the referenced site. As per your request a portion of the report is also being sent to Mr. Donald R. George. Based on the information contained in the report, additional assessment activities are necessary to determine the extent of groundwater contamination caused by
the underground storage tanks formerly located at the site. To determine how far the contamination from your tanks has spread, it is necessary to install monitoring wells on the adjacent property that you own. An access agreement is enclosed for your signature. Your signature on the access agreement
would be greatly appreciated.
