State Road, Surry County, NC DWM Incident #9547 Dear Mr. Roberts: The North Carolina Division of Waste Management has completed a health risk evaluation (HRE) of analytical tests performed on water samples collected from your supply well. Based on the HRE, the water is not suitable for drinking or cooking. However, no restrictions are recommended for showering, bathing, washing dishes, flushing toilets and hand washing. A copy of the HRE is attached.
