1. The inspection was conducted at Ray's High Shoals, NC.
2. The following firm trucks were inspected:

3. The tanks appeared to be structurally sound and bolted to the frame.
4. Valves and access ports appeared to be secure. Caps were present on the access ports.
5. The vehicles were properly marked in accordance with the lettering requirements.
6. No leaks were observed.
