A copy of this Notice is attached for your reference. You are receiving this letter because, pursuant to 15A NCAC 2L .0409(b) a copy of this notice is required to be submitted to the County Health Director, the County Manager, adjacent property owners, and owners of the property where the petroleum is expected to migrate.
