Dear LP Hyperion Communications:
The purpose of this letter and attached information is to inform you that the Underground Storage Tank
Section of the Division of Waste Management has issued a Notice of No Further Action regarding a release from
a petroleum underground storage tank system located on the subject site. A copy of this Notice is attached for
your reference.
You are receiving this letter because, pursuant to 15A NCAC 2L .0409(b) a copy of this notice is required
to be submitted to the County Health Director, the County Manager, adjacent property owners, and owners of the
property where the petroleum is expected to migrate. This Notice is for your information, there is no action
required on your part.
