This site is under active assessment and remediation by the IHSB and the latest sampling in 2020 did not indicate any petroleum related compounds above action levels except for Naphthalene in one MW above 2L. The site is currently owned by the City of Charlotte for expansion of the Charlotte-Douglas Airport. Since the site is being managed by the IHSB with little to no petroleum being detected, it is recommended that incidents 24250 & 11664 be administratively closed.
