Section, has issued a Conditional Notice of No Further Action (see enclosure) for the above
referenced site. This public notification is being provided in accordance with North Carolina
Administrative Code 15A NCAC 02L .0409(b) to the local health director, the chief
administrative officer of each political jurisdiction in which the contamination occurs, all
property owners and occupants within or contiguous to the area containing contamination, and

Attached are the public notice receipts for the above incident. This is the second incidents that I sent the public notice
twice because signatures were not requested the first time. The three letters to the county, city and health department
were sent in the same envelopes as public notice for Incident #40971. Our reference for this site is 2852.
Seven letters were sent. Letters 1,23,and 5 were successfully delivered with signatures being returned. Letter 4 was
delivered successfully the first time (with no signature) but was returned to us the second time. Letters 6 and 7 were
not delivered either time.
