Administrative Code 15A NCAC 02L .0409(b) to the local health director, the chief
administrative officer of each political jurisdiction in which the contamination occurs, all
property owners and occupants within or contiguous to the area containing contamination, and

expected to migrate.

Hi Trudy
I sat on these two mailings for a while hoping for better results. Unfortunately, there are a couple of destination areas
where the postal system seems to be having a real problem notifying us of having delivering certified mail, and Charlotte
is one of them. Things are not working so well at the moment. In most cases, the items have not even been returned
undelivered to us. I don't know what I can do about it. We certainly attempted to deliver the certified mail.
