Incident #87767 was created in the RAST database due to pre -excavation soil sample data (TW-1 & TW-3,
collected on 4/12/2006 for TPH GRO & DRO) from the Hart & Hickman Waste Oil UST Closure Report and Phase I
LSA (August 10, 2006) incident #36128. The area of the parcel where TW-3 was located was excavated and
nearby areas were sampled on 6/15/2006 as part of incident #36128 (Hart & Hickman's Waste Oil UST Closure
Report and Phase I LSA August 10, 2006). Post -excavation sampling results were below residential MSCCs. The
area of the parcel where TW-1 was collected from the Hart & Hickman Waste Oil UST Closure Report and Phase I
LSA (August 10, 2006) incident #36128 was excavated, and nearby areas were sampled on 7/28/2006 &
8/2/2006 as part of incident #36130 closure activities (Hart & Hickman's UST Closure Report and Phase I LSA
August 24, 2006). Post -excavation soil sample results were below residential MSCCs. A Notice of Residual
Petroleum restricting groundwater was filed on the parcel on 1/2/2007 as part of closure activities for incident
#36130. Public Notice was conducted, and documentation received as part of site closure for incident #36130 on
March 13, 2007. BAST incident #87767 received No Further Action status on May 16, 2023 based on the
documentation review of surround sites.
