The PCB Landfill Monthly Inspection

The Monthly Inspection of the PCB Landfill for November found
the facility to be in generally good condition. No new problems were
observed during this inspection.
Mr. Koeppl and Mr. Strickland of D.O.A. -Building Systems
accompanied me on this month's inspection. We discussed the repairs
to be made to the irrigation system. Emphasis was placed upon the
fact that it will be very important that the repairs be done in such
a way as not to damage the artificial liner of the cap. It will also
be important to restore the clay cap and cover vegetation.
The landfill facility appears to be in generally good condition
at this time. If you have any questions concerning the PCB landfill
