Attached is the February, 1990, PCB Landfill Monthly Inspection
Report. Overall, the conditions at the landfill have not changed
significantly since last month's inspection. The leachate pump has
been repaired. The leachate collection system was checked and there
was no significant amount of leachate present. The pipe running from
the pump to the treatment filter works was found to be cracked and
needs to be repaired.
As mentioned in this past month's report, there is a need to
establish funds for the ongoing maintenance and operations of the PCB
Landfill facility. If you have any questions concerning the landfill
