Dear Al:
The monthly inspection of the PCB landfill was conducted on March 26,
1985. Enclosed is a copy of the inspection report.
Also enclosed are test results of water samples taken from the upper
leachate collection system. As indicated both influent and effluent samples
from the filtration system contained less than 1 part per billion PCB.

PCB Landfill Monthly Inspection, March, 1985
State Health Director
Attached is a copy of the PCB Landfill Monthly Inspection Report for the
month of March, 1985. Analyses indicate less than 0.1 ppb PCB for both
influent and effluent samples. One of the two broken sprinklers has been
repaired as of March 26, 1985 and the second sprinkler is being repaired.
We plan to make the irrigation system functional before the April inspection.
