Re: Warren County PCB Landfill Monitoring
Dear Al:
The monthly inspection of the PCB landfill was conducted
on October 10, 1984. Enclosed is a copy of the inspection report.
Also enclosed are test results of water samples taken
from the upper leachate collection system. As indicated both
influent and effluent samples from the filtration system contained
less than 1 part per billion PCB. '
