SUBJECT: Monthly Inspection of PCB Landfill -October
Attached is a copy of the PCB Landfill Monthly Inspection Report
for October. As indicated, the irrigation system is inoperable due
to broken risers and influent lines. Analyses of the treatment
works influent indicate < .1 ppb PCB prior to treatment.
