In conjunction with your sugges-tion of June, 1984, I am endeavoring
to procure representative photographs of the PCB landfill. These
photographs would be utilized to verify maintenance activity. Due
to the large size of the facility, I feel an aerial photograph would
be most effective in illustrating this . While the US EPA is unable
to assist, the NC DOT Q)ivision of Highwayi7 does offer this service
for a fee. I do not have funds that can be committed to pay for such
an item. Can you assist me in this matter?
