The monthlyinspection of the PCB landfill was conducted
on July 17, 1984. Enclosed is a copy of the inspection report.
Also enclosed are test results of water samples taken
from the upper leachate colle½tion system. As indicated both
influent and effluent samples fro~ the filtration system contained
less than 1 part per billion PCB.

for July. As indicated , the irrigation system is inoperable due

to broken risers and influent lines. Analyses of the treatment
works influent and effluent indicate 0.3 ppb PCB prior to treatment
and ~O .1 ppb PCB after.
