Dear Mr. Jeter:

The North Carolina Department of Administration is sponsoring a two-day training

seminar is to update these personnel with respect to PCB regulations.
We believe there are no better qualified people to assist us in the State PCB
Management Seminar than staff members in your Pesticide and Toxic Substances
Branch and Toxic Substances Section. Please help us by providing the appropriate
members of. your staff to present a detailed overv iew of PCB regulations.
